Or walk and talk – For clients who live or work locally I offer a walk and talk coaching sessions. Wandering outdoors can allow your thoughts to flow freely and gives you the space to think and talk in the fresh air, surrounded by nature.

Typically, 1 to 1 sessions are 60 or 90 minutes but can be longer
Couples coaching sessions are typically 90 or 120 minutes for couples
Group sessions 120m +

In our sessions, we are completely led by your agenda, but some clients prefer a more structured approach, where we have a specific focus for each session at outset. These are 'The Life Edits'.
We look at how best to achieve your goals using a modular approach. They are designed to transform how you feel, helping you move forwards towards a life filled with joy, happiness, confidence, clarity and purpose.

This free 45-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to start to get to know each other and explore what you are looking for from the personal development coaching sessions. It gives you the chance to experience my coaching style and to see if it's the right fit for you.

Coaching sessions are most effective when there is an open and honest relationship between us. In this session, I’ll introduce what coaching is and what it isn’t and you can ask any questions, so you know what to expect and whether it’s what you’re looking for.
