Mindful Craft Workshops for Wellbeing

Make Time for Yourself
Create. Reflect. Reconnect.

Life can feel relentlessly busy. Between work, family, relationships, responsibilities and the endless demands of modern life, it can be difficult to find space to pause, think and simply be.

My Mindful Craft Workshops offer something different. You don’t need any artistic experience.

No  pressure. No judgement.

Just space to create, reflect and breathe.

These relaxed and welcoming wellbeing craft workshops combine simple creative activities with mindfulness and reflection, giving you the opportunity to step away from your everyday and have time to yourself.

I am a qualified life coach, so each workshop is carefully designed to provide a calm, supportive environment where you can slow down, focus on a creative activity and reconnect with what matters most to you.

What Are Mindful Craft Workshops?

Mindful crafting is about much more than making something beautiful.

When we engage in a repetitive, hands-on creative activity, our minds naturally begin to slow down. The constant mental chatter of daily life quietens, creating space for reflection, clarity and new perspectives.

Many people find that while their hands are busy, their minds become free to process thoughts, consider challenges differently and gain insight into decisions they may have been avoiding.

Each workshop begins with a gentle invitation to set an intention for the session. This intention is purely for you. An opportunity to focus on what you want from the session. It might be connected to a particular area of your life, a challenge you’re facing, something you’d like more of or simply wanting to be present in the moment.

During the session, I’ll encourage you to focus on using your senses, to be aware of the materials in your hands, the sounds, sights and smells around you. From the tea and freshly baked cake to whatever we’re working on. We’ll explore ideas and possibilities in a natural and unforced way.

You are always free to reflect quietly, engage in conversation, or simply enjoy the creative process.

The Benefits of Wellbeing Craft Workshops

My wellbeing craft workshops are designed to support your emotional wellbeing by providing:

  • Time away from everyday responsibilities

  • A chance to slow down and be present

  • Reduced stress and mental overwhelm

  • Opportunities for self-reflection

  • Space to think more clearly about life decisions

  • Increased creativity and fresh perspectives

  • A chance to connections with like-minded people

  • A supportive, non-judgemental environment

  • Dedicated time for self-care

Lots of the crafters describe the sessions as a rare opportunity to focus on themselves without distraction or expectation.

No two workshops are the same, allowing you to return again and again for fresh inspiration and new experiences.

A Safe and Supportive Space

These mindful craft workshops are designed to be welcoming, inclusive and supportive.

Some people attend looking for quiet time to themselves. Others enjoy connecting with new people who are at a similar stage of life.

There is never any pressure to share personal experiences or participate in discussions.

You can work silently, chat with others, or simply enjoy the atmosphere. The choice is entirely yours.

What matters most is that you leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself.

These workshops are amazing. There isn't any pressure to create anything in particular or even finish! The value is in the journey of creating something. I look forward to these sessions every month because for one evening, I get to forget about my to do list and just focus on the craft in front of me. I am so pleased I joined!

- Emily

I was a bit nervous about joining the first workshop, but once I got there I really relaxed into it. I enjoyed talking to the other ladies who were all there to do the same thing - take some time off! Keren was great at encouraging conversations without putting pressure on us and I really liked how the craft was linked to the conversations we were having, it helped me focus on how I really feel which I don't often get the chance to do as I'm always rushing. I will definitely be back!

- Sam

I have been on lots of craft workshops but none like this. I really enjoyed the opportunity to be mindful and concentrate on the painting and the other women I met were really lovely. Keren helped us to consider how we could use the painting to explore our feelings around relationships and I found that I was able to find a solution to a friendship problem I have been troubling over for a while now, because I finally had a moment to think it through calmly.
